Cancellation policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing if any changes or cancellation of registration occurs. Cancellations before June 13 2009 / Full refund, less 30 euros (handling fee). Cancellations from June 14 to July 05 2009 / -50% refund (accommodation fee). Cancellations after July 06 2009 / no refunds apply.

Passport and Visa Information

All participants need a valid passport to enter Greece. Visas may be required for participants of some countries. For specific information, please contact the nearest Greek Embassy at least six weeks prior to your departure for Greece. some information is available on the foreign affairs website at Ministry of Foreign Affairs
