ABSTRACT SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATIONS

IMPORTANT! You must register first in order to submit an abstract.

Abstract Submission

ABSTRACT LAYOUT
1- Please provide a short, descriptive title in CAPITAL LETTER, Times New Roman, 12pt.)
2- Names of all authors (presenting author underlined), 11pt Times New Roman font, in BOLD
3- The authors' names and affiliation(s) (not in bold letters) should appear in separate lines following the title.
4- Affiliation and email of presenting author (Times New Roman, 11pt, Italic).
5- The body of the text should be single spaced in 12pt Times New Roman font.
6- 1 page maximum and safe it as a WORD DOCUMENT. No PDF ACCEPTED

Abstracts must be prepared in English.

Guidelines for scientific presentations

ORAL PRESENTATION

1- Time allowed for an oral presentation: 15 minutes maximum
We suggest you to reserve 3 to 5 minutes for discussion with colleagues, and therefore to prepare your oral presentation no more than 10 to 11 minutes long
2- Presentation should be prepared: By PowerPoint.

The day and the time of your oral presentation will be announced by the beggining of May on the website with the final Program

IMPORTANT:
* A computer will be available in the conference room, and presenters are invited to upload their presentation at the registration desk.

POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster presentations will be displayed on velcro panels and presenters must mount their work. Velcro dots will be provided

IMPORTANT

1- Your poster dimension should not exceed 3',3" height by 4' width (1 meter by 1,2 meter)
2- There will be 4 posters per board (2 on each side)
3- You may register online (Your registration will confirm your intention to exhibit a poster)
