Conference registration fee includes :
- Admission to lectures and poster sessions
- Abstract book and one abstract. (50$ for submission of each additional abstract)

* IMPORTANT: In order to get this price: you must be registered by April 15th and HAVE PAID within 5 working days from the date of your registration.
* One free student registration can be requested by a registered supervisor if student is staying at Loews Hotel for the I.A.B.G. Congress.

Cancellation Policy:
Written notice (to: annick.letourneau@hospitalite.com) of cancellation received on or before April 30th 2009 will be permitted, with the total paid amount refunded, minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1st, 2009. Substitution of registrants is allowed.
Method of payment accepted
We recommend that you make payments with your credit card. Bank transfers are expensive, since you will have to pay the bank charges twice: in your own country and in Canada. All payments should be made in advance in CDN$ (payments in any other currency will not be accepted) and only by the following procedures:
